Serenity Yoga Studio offers the following services: Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, and Meditation Workshops. These services are subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice.

3. User Obligations and Responsibilities

You agree to participate in classes and workshops in a manner that is respectful and safe for yourself and others. You must adhere to any instructions provided by our instructors and inform them of any health issues or injuries prior to participation.

4. Payment Terms and Conditions

All payments for classes or workshops must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. We accept various forms of payment as specified on our website. Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect bookings already confirmed.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class to qualify for a refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

6. Liability Limitations

While we strive to provide a safe environment, participation in yoga involves inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur during your participation in our services.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided by Serenity Yoga Studio, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and course materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on our website.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
